• Indexing and making it searchable via AI agents.

• Improving the Service.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and content, belong to Spiral or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

6. Subscription & Payment

• Some features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed before you purchase.
• All fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the Service or cause harm to other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.
